Our personal trainers at X-Treme Boot Camp Fitness and Spa will create a dynamic exercise program based upon your personal goals, fitness level, and unique metabolism. Your certified trainer combines high intensity workouts and basic nutritional education with the motivation you need to reach your goals. Every session is structured to build cardivascular endurance, improve strength and increase flexibility. Our trainers always perform a fitness assessment before beginning training which includes measurement of body fat, inches, and metabolic rate, as well as a nutritional analysis. |
