  X-Tremes mission is to help you reach your Health & Fitness Goals

The X-Treme Body Challenge started January 4, 2010 - X-Treme Body Challenge is a 12 week life changing program featuring small group training, 1-on-1 personal training w/ a certified professional trainer, group kickboxing classes and customized meal planning.  The program provides nutritional guidance and support, knowledgeable trainers to help with strength training and cardio, and the benefits of working with other determined, motivated individuals working towards the same goals!  This is a complete package of diet and exercise that teaches you the correct way to lose weight and keep it off!
