X-Treme Boot Camp has revolutionized traditional fitness classes. It has created an honest, no nonsense workout regimen, which has attracted a following of loyal committed members. It was designed around a simple goal: to create the best workout in the world.

 

Xtreme Boot Camp

Our unique indoor fitness boot camp draws its roots from military style strength training and cardivascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardivascular exercises, balance and coordination as well as agility and speed training activities. We have designed our classes for small groups to give you an individual, one-on-one attention while providing you with a safe, intimate environment. Our Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser. Come as you are no need to bring any equipment for it is all provided. All you need is the will to work hard, show up on time and have a positive attitude; we'll take care of the rest!


We are passionate about helping you find the time to build exercise into your busy schedule. With this in mind we now offer 10 different class times to accommodate any schedule!
