Our unique indoor fitness boot camp draws its roots from military style strength training and cardivascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardivascular exercises, balance and coordination as well as agility and speed training activities. We have designed our classes for small groups to give you an individual, one-on-one attention while providing you with a safe, intimate environment. Our Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced exerciser. Come as you are no need to bring any equipment for it is all provided. All you need is the will to work hard, show up on time and have a positive attitude; we'll take care of the rest!
